I have a Samsung DLP which I've owned for several years. Recently I had been experiencing problems with it shutting off. I had tried replacing the bulb as the picture was dimming but that was only half of the problem.
After meeting with Sam he was able to quickly diagnose my TV problem with a faulty Color wheel. I was a bit skeptical at first but after removing the part I could quickly see how the part was defective...he didn't have to say anything else. A picture is worth a thousand words.
I'm a big believer in customer testimonials and I can honestly say I was extremely impressed with all the testimonials about Central Electronics through the various websites. Sam went above and beyond his job requirements by not only accommodating my schedule but also repairing my TV at my house which was extremely convenient considering I have a 50"" TV. He is extremely professional and has great technical skills. I would highly recommend Sam for any TV repair job because you know your getting the best when you work with him!
