I bought a Nissan Rogue from this dealership in July 2012. Oh and I still love my car. The car sells itself. The service however, makes me not want to ever return. I am suppose to get free tire rotation and oil changes for 2 years. The service is so bad I am not wanting free service. (that's bad) I have received calls from someone with Nissan Corporation when it is time for a full service on my car. They are wanting to schedule it. When you go to dealership, they know nothing about it. I call to schedule an appointment at dealership or maybe a drop off, they always say they are short handed or someone has called out. (Hire more people if that's your situation) I called on 3/10/14 about 12:45 to reschedule my appointment, that was scheduled 3/11/14 @ 10:00 am, my schedule changed, the lady kept saying the line is still busy, I said I will hold. She did this 3 times, then I left a message. No call received at all that day. I get a call about 7:44 am the next day, the day of my service, saying they can't take me later. I literally work across the street from them. I can drop my car off and walk to work if they can bring it back to me. How hard is it to get a car serviced. I am tired of this kind of service. I paid 24,500 for a car. Guess I didn't spend enough. I still to this day have not received my paperwork from buying this car, almost 2 years later. I have called requesting this paperwork. I didn't even know my tag was paid for until I went to buy my tag 1 year later.
