They did not work on my AC. I called them for a second opinion about an AC system I was told needed to be replaced. The tech did not speak intelligently about the fix. He recommended replacing the entire system for $7000 with a 10yr warranty. He based this on the fact that the freon was empty ergo leaks must be present. He did not test for leaks, did not go into the attic to check the coil. He told my tenant that the condenser outside looked new and so it must be the coil. He told me on the phone the whole system needed replacing. He could not speak convincingly about why I would need to replace the gas furnace that was working just fine. I had spoken to a different company originally but was doing my due diligence to get a second estimate. The first company did leak tests and found leaks in both the coil ad condenser. They will replace the condenser and coil with a unit that has a lifetime warranty. (as long as I own the house) for under $5k. The other company spoke to me intelligently. The owner of that company called me personally to answer any questions I might have and my tenant said that the tech that came out was professional and treated her like an intelligent person. I will not be using Abacus for this system replacement. *Spoiler* the other company is called Lee AC.
