I think they are the best garage around for the value. I have taken a volvo 240 and two honda civics to them and they have dealt with every problem in a reasonable way. \r

The best thing about them is that they are a real garage, seemingly ran by the same family for 100 years. The guys in the office will talk to you about your car's problem and are willing to figure out options. \r

By far the best experience I had with them was when my Vovlo died on the side of the road, about 2 miles from their shop (electrical problem). I had a bike on the car so I could ride to work, so I called them and told them where the car was and they did the rest. I can't remember the problem, but it was fairly minor. I remember the bill was less than $100, including the tow. They could have charged me anything to pull my car off the road, but the did not. They won a customer for life. \r
