I brought my two cats for wellness exam. The vet reported the results of exams quite well via the phone. These seemed pretty nice. But the price were very expensive!!!
One of my cats' profile results looked strange. I was not sure about the test. So I repaid for some of the exam to confirm my cat's symptom. At that time the cat was brought to take blood sample and urine for check. After they returned the cat to me and told me about the day to call to inform the results. I paid and went home. The vet called the next day and left a message to the phone that she could not get urine sample from the cat on that day. I thought that they didn't inform me about not getting the urine sample which I paid for it already.
On day the vet called to follow up the symptom of one of the cats. I went to the hospital with the cat to have some checks. While I was waiting for the cat to be checked, at the front desk workers at the hospital talked and laughed so loud, very annoying. After checking, they said that they could not get urine sample from my cat and told me to pay again if I would like my cat to have urine check because they will provide checking within a period of 1 month after paying only. Is this fare? I did not say anything much. I think I am done with this hospital.
They never told me about this stuff. They just let the time go after getting money from customers, then told the customers that this was your fault, it was your cost. It seems like they don't care. Your money, not mine. I will never return to use the service from this hospital again.
Pros: The examination service seems nice and sympthetic vet.
Cons: The communication after examination were incomplete.
