I bought a new floor in my family room, Brazilian Cherry, and Floorgem came down and put down my floor beautifully. I have a vinyl kitchen floor and they've been out here at least a couple of times to strip the floor down bare and built it back up with wax and it looks brand new. I've had a very good experience with them.
When I call Ken, he comes out, measures the floor, and when he told me where I can get wood, I did what he said, called him when I got it, and he sent people out to do the job. He then came back out after they were done to inspect it. He did the same thing for my kitchen. When comes back, he doesn't collect until he inspects the work and talks to you.
