My husband and I hired Krause for our paver patio and we are very happy with the results. Our sales guy came and took his time measuring our yard, listening to what kind of patio we wanted, explaining the company, showing us pictures of ideas and jobs they had already completed and everything else he could explain. Unfortunately, he left out a few details when he turned in our paperwork to the office which caused some financial issues, but he gave us the option to refund the cash right then, or take a little bit off the price of the job so he corrected the problem.
They took care of all the HOA requests for us and all we had to do was sign the paper, fax or email it back to them and they handled the rest of it. Melody, who handles all of that, was beyond helpful and was always on top of things. They also offer a few different ways to pay (credit card, cash, financing at 0% for a certain amount of months, or financing with an APR) and they are willing to help you figure out what works best for you and get you what you need.
We absolutely LOVED the guys that came out to build our patio! If you need a patio done or stonework or even a fence ask for Charlie and John. They were really professional, casual, friendly, hardworking, smart (Charlie knows his stuff!), very nice and were willing to do whatever we asked them to do. They took their time putting together the pattern which was something Charlie was just doing on the spot and made everything look wonderful.
Overall we had a great experience with Krause and would highly recommend them. We don't need much done with our house as it is not even a year old so we really weren't considering using them for any other home project, but since we loved the guys that did our patio so much we'll be calling them up to do our fence.
