Review content:
I saw an advertisement for Permanent Make up at Millennium Salon and Spa and though the price was great. I called Shannie and asked her if she could do my top eyeliner even though I wear eyelash extensions, she said Yes, of course and then I booked an appt. When I got there, I expected this to take place in a room like for waxing or something, she put me in a stylist chair and proceeded to do my Permanent Make up in a chair where you get your hair washed! It was uncomfortable and you are out there so everyone in the salon can see you. Also she was using towels you use to dry hair and wiping my eyes with it. She also used cotton you normally use to wrap your hairline when dying hair to wipe my eyes as well. Here I am, 5 days later with barely any permanent make up on and an EYE INFECTION! This was the worst experience ever, if you get Permanent Make up done, don t be an idiot like me and go by price, pick a place has a website so you can see the results and make sure they have a separate room so you aren t watched by everyone around you. Lesson learned!
