Review content:
They sent an advertising flyer to our neighborhood that specifically mentioned recycling. We switched from Rumpke to CSI because of the recycling. I was even told the recycling would be weekly. They stopped picking up the recycling and told us it was too far out and they were cancelling our service. I am not happy or pleased. They sold us a service only to have them withdraw the service after we had switched.
