If you look up Stealership in the dictionary, I'm pretty sure there is a picture of Ford of Bellevue next to the definition. I had a regular customer in my own shop, bring her brand new Fusion in for a routine oil change and upon a quick inspection I found that the left front differential axle seal was leaking fluid. Because the vehicle was still under warranty I advised my customer to head to Ford of Bellevue for a warranty repair... BIG MISTAKE! Not only did my customer have a horrible customer service experience (because they didn't want to do the repair for free) but the technicians there that made the repair, didn't clean up after themselves. My irate customer returned to me when she noticed oil in her regular parking spot at her residence. Sure enough, transmission fluid was in the subframe of the car and had not been wiped, or cleaned out properly. It's just laziness that would have prevented a person from cleaning the mess. Upon further inspection, I found that Ford of Bellevue had conveniently loosened my customer's oil filter so that it was producing a slow leak... Something I'm certain that they were trying to discredit me with. Unfortunately for them, I happen to mark ALL my oil filters and the position that they are at when they are tight. Soooo.... if somebody else decides to unscrew the filter or untighten it... guess what? EPIC FAILURE FORD of Bellevue! You not only lost my customer from ever returning for service/new vehicle purchase, but I WILL NEVER EVER EVER refer another customer to you (which I HAD been doing for over 15years now) Pros: Not professional (No pros here) Cons: Con-artists
