I recently moved out of state and decided to rent my home since it wasn't selling in Jan 2014. After contacting Renter's Warehouse, they quickly set up my property, advertised and then had showings within 1 week of the posting. Brent Wilcox and the team exemplify the term "customer service" at its best. They did all the filing and paperwork for me, so the process couldn't be easier plus they are just a quick call or email away if I need help. I now have renters as of Feb 2014 and also have RW managing my property--no more worries for me! It was the best decision I have made to employ the services of these folks. Highly Recommend!
