We've been using On the Spot Truck Repair since November of last year. We run a trucking company so anytime we have trucking issues in the area, we bring it to them. They've done everything like replacing a turbo, malfunctioning lights, heaters, anything and everything that can go haywire with a truck. There have only been one or two incidents where they couldn't do it because they're freight-liner specific issues and don't have the computer software to recognize the codes.
They're very open, very knowledgeable, and don't try to keep you away from the truck which is a big thing with a lot of our drivers because it's essentially their home on wheels. So when other places take the truck and tell them they can't get to it, it jars them a bit. I like that I can walk into their shop at anytime, say hi to the office people, and talk to the people working on the truck. It's a very comfortable shop to be in.
