I had a really hard time finding a home inspector that wanted to inspect a 30 year old house at an affordable price. I found a house with charm and character and I really wanted it. I called Superior Home Inspections and Greg was awesome. He gave me an honest and fair price and explained to me that older homes have a tendency to have more problems than newer homes. I knew this but again I really wanted this house. Greg did the inspection knowing how excited I was about buying this house. He explained to me that there could definitely be more than just normal wear and tear issues because of the age but, that didn't stop him from spending 4 hours checking everything out! And, I mean everything! His report was incredible with pictures and detail after detail. I was able to go back to the seller to negotiate a better price because of his report and the extra money I saved made it possible for me to fix the major things that needed fixing.
