i am going to court today because i am sueing asset developement/home source one .They promised me $200.00 a month for life off the lot rent and free snow removal and grass maintainence for life ,if i moved into their Germantown,wi community.After one year they took away the discount ,and a year after that they took away the snow removal/lawn maintainence.They even told their attornies that the sales associate that sold me this place didnt,,even though i have witnesses that were present at the time of closing when JERRY C. and i closed in the office.They are a bunch of liers.iI you call them with a complaint,they will pretend you never contacted them. MY ADVICE TO YOU IS ....TAKE THEM TO COURT ! let the legal system know they are crooks.
