Be careful when considering to work with this company. I called them yesterday to set an appt. to fix my garage door. You could not understand the person who answered the phone. Once I confirmed that I had reached a garage door repair company, I was told the earliest they could be out was the following day between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. I was also informed that there was a $29 trip fee, but that would be applied to the overall bill. No big deal. I took off work to wait at my house the following day. By 11:00, I decided to call and make sure someone was going to be at my place per their commitment. Once again, when I called, I could not understand the person I was talking to. Once she understood who I was and what the purpose of my call was, I was told no such appt. was made and I was asked if I was sure I knew who I was calling("you aren't even in the system, sir, so I don't think you called us") . How offensive!! Why question my intelligence when the mistake was clearly made on their part? Their final explanation was "there was a misunderstanding." No apology and no attempt to make good on their original commitment. The best they could do was try to be out between 4 and 6 PM the same day. I had already taken time off work to be at my house for the originally scheduled time. I was not about to take off work again to see if they showed up. Poor customer service. Speak clearly when you answer the phone and take responsibility for your mistakes and perhaps you will increase your chances of holding on to potential customers.
