I had the WORST experience here shopping for a prom gown with my younger sister. The line was so long it was halfway through the store at the time we got in it. She only had two dresses to try on so we were hoping to get in and out fairly quickly. Then two employees continued to walk back and forth yelling at customers to MOVE as they rolled a rack of gowns around and they actually knocked over the rack and almost took my sister to the ground! And neither employee apologized to her! As we got closer to the front of the line I heard that there was a wedding dressing room at the other end of the store. Considering the high volume of people in the prom area, you'd think they would try to move the line along a little by letting a few customers try on in the wedding dressing rooms, but no one was allowed it was by appointment only and not a single bride in sight. Why would you try to accommodate customers that were about to spend 300 dollars on a dress, what a concept right? Then as we got to the front of the line we noticed that girls were coming out of the dressing room in gowns and showing their friends and looking for more dresses to bring back!!!! With as many people in line as there was, there should have been a 5 gown limit to speed up the process! But no you could bring back 20 if you wanted. I will NEVER be back. POORLY managed and RUDE staff I couldn't believe my eyes.
