Area Rug Cleaning Co. cleaned a very heavily soiled area rug for me. They did an excellent job. It came back looking beautiful and within the time frame that they originally promised. I was also happy with the price. I appreciate the prompt service that they offer. They do a very high level of cleaning for valuable rugs.
The only thing that would have made me give them straight 5's is if they would have actually unrolled the rug for me upon returning it. I had to unroll it myself. Overall, very impressed with their service.

Thank you for your kind observations on the quality of our service. Our basic pick-up and delivery service, and the nominal round-trip fee, does not include moving and resetting the furnishings. However, when special needs exist, this can be discussed beforehand to review possible remedies.
