Review content:
Terrible place and dishonest sales person. This store is not a genuine T-Mobile store but rather a retailer selling exclusively T-Mobile services, and this store is owned by Skye Wireless (I checked their business card). Because of that they are not offered by T-Mobile to run the same promotions as what other official T-Mobile stores run, for instance $200 BlackBerry trade in program that was advertised on the T-Mobile website. Gus D, particularly, was extremely dishonest and tried every ways to get customers to the store and played the bait-and-switch tactics on me. Gus D definitely runs things on the border of the breaking the consumer laws of false advertising. Another customer walked in and also had issue with Gus. \r

AVOID this store if you can. Why go through the middle man, Gus in Skye Wireless, and let they rip off the money out of you in addition to what T-mobile makes. There is an official T-Mobile store 2 miles down in 299 E 17th St, Costa Mesa and their service is much more professional.\r
