Review content:
I do not understand how Elizabeth Thomas is still in business. My Aunt had taken 15, some of which had the original tags, back in September 2013. Each and every month she has gone in to request a status update on her items, only to be given the run around. Excuses like, our inventory is backed up to I don't keep a comprehensive itemized log of each item brought in by consignors, to I don't know which items have sold, to I don't have time to help you locate your items...etc. It has been longer than 90 days and according to the article... ""merchandise will stay on the sales floor between 60 and 90 days. If an item isn’t sold, consignor’s have an option of picking up their clothing or having it donated."" If this is the case, why hasn't my Aunt been able to retrieve her items. Each month since September, my Aunt has gone back to hear that there haven't been any updates nor credits on her account. Since it appears that Elizabeth's is unable to sell the items, my Aunt would like to have them back. HELP!
