Their tires come with a lifetime rotation and balance policy. Their shop is super clean. They have a big screen tv in the waiting area along with free Cokes and free coffee and cocoa from a Keurig. The guys are friendly and helpful and very professional. Service is as fast as possible. Plus, they don't charge extra for stems and balancing as some box stores do. I went in expecting to buy new brake pads at 76,000 miles and could easily have been cheated, but the guys checked out the brakes and test drove the car. They measured the pads and told me I had about 80% pad depth left. They rotated and balanced the tires for free. No charge for anything. These guys are honest, and that's hard to find these days.
