I am very unhappy with the new management at this community! I haven't even been living here for a year and I have had so many issues! For example, I have been being charged for utilities incorrectly and have over paid only to be charged again! Then was sent a notice of eviction for not paying the water bills that are not accurate and was given 14 days to get out If I did not pay. I continue to be charged for water and sewage at my home when I have had the water completely turned off for over 2 months now due to gas leaks during the cold months. When trying to discuss this problem with the new manager IN TRAINING ( Stephanie) I was treated very rudely and hung up on!!!! I think this place needs to acquire an eligible manager that has at least some level of customer service. If you are looking for a place to live this is the worst possible one you could find as you will be treated like dirt!
