Review content:
A visit here will give you an appreciation for Native American history. These are a re-creation of genuine Indian cliff dwellings but they are quite genuine. Because they are not original, guests are encouraged to touch and explore, which is a great relief for the kids.
Children can climb the ladders to tiny second floor balconies, creep through tunnels and run in and out of small doorways to their heart's content. It's a very kid-friendly place. In the warm weather, there are Indian dancers there and they put on an excellent show. I would definitely add this to my list of Colorado Springs-are things to do--it's not far to Manitou Springs and afterward you can take in the quaint Manitou Springs shops.
