I've been to this place twice and both times it's been the same lady talking on her cell phone and not paying attention to me. The last time I was there I asked for a dual core laptop. She told me that they didn't have any. Yet I looked down after she said no and I saw one. The business owner doesn't know that they are gushing money because of the lack of eduction of the employee. The first time I was there I asked for replacement parts for my PC and she was clueless. Outside their store they have a big sticker that says up to 50% off. Yet their prices are double of the normal cost of used laptops on the market. Do not go to this store unless you want bad customer service and get ripped off.
