Review content:
Would not recommend it - lower rent than most apts. in Lake Oswego, but the older apts. are not constructed for the cold weather for that area; the fireplaces are decorative in nature and heating is economically impossible given the poor construction; the mgmt. company will not clear any common areas if there is snow or ice because of the cost and defers to a no liability clause to cover them; there is a $100/mo penalty for deferring to a month to month tenancy; painting charge is assessed if living less than 18 months but holes in walls, ceiling, patio screens, poor or no painting, etc. upon move-in is how I received my apt. upon move in, with vendors in & out for several months afterward. No future planning afforded tenant in continued living as a less than 1 year lease cannot be offered until the time that your lease is due to expire, because they are concerned with the number of vacancies that would occur if they offered you a 6 month. Tenant beware.
