Vegas is full of buffets, but the Le Village Buffet at the Paris sets itself apart from the pack with its focus on French cuisine. Rather than serving the standard buffet fare, Le Village Buffet offers regional dishes from various parts of France, as well as a stellar cheese board and an eye-popping assortment of desserts. Everything I tried was great, and the service was friendly and accommodating.
