Review content:
Seven Falls is one of my favorite Colorado Springs attractions. Even the excessive commercialism cannot mask the natural grandeur of this site. You'll climb about a bazillion steps to get to the top, but it will be well worth it. (You can take an elevator up the first part to the observation deck, but if you want to go all the way to the top, then hoofing it is your only option.) The falls are splendid; we went last summer and then returned again at night (there is no charge for extra visits on the same day) to see the colored light display. Hokey, but beautiful.
I wouldn't advise coming here with really young ones. You'll end up carrying them up the stairs and the falls won't hold their interest for long. The gift shop is about what you'd expect and the service is nothing to write home about, but nonetheless, if you like nature, I'd give Seven Falls a go.
