Review content:
I went to this store May or June of 2013 in search of a better bra. After being measured and brought multiple bras to try on, I decided on two underwire bras that fit great! Well less than a week later after I had gone all the way back home (6 hours away) the underwire popped out on both of the bras. I noticed that on both of them the wire was really sharp on the end, almost like the manufacturer wanted them to pop out. So I called TLC and asked them if I could send it back and get a refund. She replied ""We do not do refunds. We can mend it for free."" So I sent it to my mom to bring in and get fixed, and they did fix it as promised. I got the bras back and within a few days the wire popped out again!! I brought them in the next time I was in town and had them fixed once more. The lady who mended the bras told me, ""Well that just happens when you choose underwire bras."" REALLY?! Because any bra that I have bought from JC Penny's for much cheaper has NEVER had this problem! I mean, after wearing it for many months the wire would break or pop out, but at least I got my money's worth out of them. I would think that if I spend $50 on a bra that I could be able to wear it for longer than a few days before the wires start popping out and stabbing me! I have not only brought them in to be mended, but mended them myself more than 10 times. For example, I re-mended it two days ago and today it popped out again. I will NEVER buy another bra from this place again. If a customer wants a refund, they should be able to get a refund when the product repeatedly breaks and is not usable.!
