I've used Johnny's Custom Auto Body twice. Johnny is really personable. He remembers who you are when you come in, so I feel like he thinks of you more as a person than just a buck. He was really thorough when he gave me an estimate, so I knew what it all meant and how it might affect me.
He also was very thorough making sure I had a rental and that everything was taken care of on our side. When there was something I thought hadn't been done correctly, he said I could bring the car back, no problem, and they'd take care of it. He didn't try and charge me or say it was my fault.
They are a very personable company, and they really work hard to make sure your car is replaced to its previous state.
