They get one star because the food was passable - and that might have been higher had the food not been lukewarm/cold when I got it. On top of that, the food was 30 minutes late (which maybe explains why my pasta was at a lovely room temperature). Oh yeah, and they forgot the sodas I ordered. And the portions were small for the price. Needless to say, we won't be repeat customers. Maybe this experience has to do with the fact that they just joined Grubhub - so wait a couple months for Santino to figure out his problems. FYI - this is my first ever Grubhub review and I've used the site dozens of times. That's how frustrated this experience left me.
