I have a HP C7250 that was having ink system failure problems, would not scan and the photo paper tray would not pull out, it was also very dusty inside and out. Took it to Dataline to be cleaned up and fixed, 3 days later I get it back take it home look it over and hook it up, still dirty/ dusty, same exact problems, they call me to tell me about a hard reset option and I explain that it has the same problems and has not been cleaned up at all, they get very defensive man tells me "oh well you just need to by a new one, these printers are disposable, not meant for more than a year". So $135 later I still have a dead printer. Will never ever use this business again.
