I came here to get my son's eyes checked and inquire about contacts for him which cost me $120.00. I have been coming here before for 3 years and every year I came here, it looked more dirty than the previous year. It looks really unsanitary. Anyhow, when we told Dr. Ciampa my son wanted to get contacts, he tried really hard to convince us to buy the brand he carried. He gave me coupons and told me I would be getting a "great deal" on very good contacts by spending about $400.00. I made a quick phone call to my sister who wears contacts and she informed me to get samples of different contacts (which Dr. Ciampa didn't have) because we might realize my son might not like the brand he carries for his eyes or might find another brand more comfortable. When we showed less interest in buying and had our own questions Dr. Ciampa got very upset. At one point he raised his voice, was clearly angry and stand-offish, all of which looked like he was trying to intimidate and bully me. I asked if I
