Well, I should have listened to the previous reviews... I brought a nice watch that has never been worn into the store for a battery replacement. I gave specific instructions not to scratch the watch. I did get the watch back in a timely fashion but...\r
there were scratches on the surface, the sides, and the back. I know for a fact that there were none when I brought it into the store. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. The repairman was nice and cordial but a "hack" and refused to accept responsibility for the damage. My advice is to take it to a "real" store and get it done right.
