Very unhappy at the service I received. As other reviewers have suggested they only seem interested in how much they can get away with charging you. I took my cat in as her tail was infected from a scratch, she was given a wellness check and treated. 3 weeks later I took her back to get shots. They gave her another wellness check at a charge of another $52 and included a charge for an intestinal worms test. Neither of these things had been asked for or discussed with me. They refused to refund the wellness charge even though one had been done only 3 weeks earlier. However as the test hadn't been conducted, after some insistence on my part, they reluctantly took that charge off the bill. Furthermore they had given an addition rabies shot that wasn't required (we have just moved here so this was given 5 months ago) even though I had provided all records and discussed her needs. When I asked if she would be ok or if there were side effects I should look for they ensured me, in an extremel
