Chip, Marti and I wanted to provide our feedback on the job you did for us inspecting our home in Wenatchee this summer. We are new to the area and trusted the realtor's recommendation that we use your services, but we were somewhat uncertain. We didn't have to worry. You showed up on time. Allowed us to check out most areas of the house with you while you were doing the inspection. You answered all of our questions on the spot and it was easy to understand what you were talking about. You explained what the limits were regarding your inspection and findings on the condition of our home. We have purchased other homes in the past and would rate your professional service at the top, compared to others we have used in the past. We appreciate the time you took to answer some questions for us about our electrical system when we called you two months later! Overall, we have no reservations whatsoever in recommending your inspection services to others.
