Review content:
I called in Pioneer to repair two 4 year old Marantec garage door openers. They put in a new circuit board and as part of the fix on one opener and they wrapped electrical tape around the activator nub on the belt of both openers. The bill was $422.89. After 3 months the tape came off the opener that is used daily.
Since they were unresponsive, I tapped the nub but the tape came off after one month. This is obviously not a long term fix but Pioneer feels that they "fixed" the problem in an acceptable way. I feel that a 3 month "tape" fix is not what I paid for.
They do not respond to my emails.
