Review content:
People are great to work with. Customers walking in really seem to be enjoying being there (the opposite of other places I've heard of in the valley and beyond). While my "presentation" was going on there was never a feeling that there was any attempt to "sell", more of trying to find out what would best suit the situation.
The folks were talking about the other day when customers were waiting for the pellet truck and, instead of grumbling and grousing, one of the customers went across the street to buy pizza for the folks to share.
I listened as a salesman helped solve an ongoing problem that another competing company was unable to help with.
Try them if you're tired of arrogant salesmen from other stove shops.
