Review content:
I was very unhappy with the entire aspect of Val-u-Vet. First of all the doctor was okay but seemed like he was rushing. I had a lot of questions because my cat had been sick for 2 days. All he did was give my cat a shot, sent him home on antibiotics and said that if he is not better in 7-14 days then bring him back. The doctor had no idea what was wrong with my cat and he could not even give me any suggestions nor did he recommend any lab work or x-rays. The staff was RUDE and instead of doing their job they were standing around talking about what they were gonna do this weekend. I AM NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER GO BACK! This is a good example of you get what you pay for. The only reason why it has one star is because you HAVE to choose at least one.
