Do not use this company... EVER!!! I called them to take my car from my house to the Mercedes dealer. We just bought the car two weeks ago. So the flatbed shows up and the driver starts to winch the car on to the flatbed... the car was all the way up on the truck when the winch let go and our car fell off the truck and proceeded to pickup picking up speed and the only thing that stop the car was our rock wall. $4000 of damage later... Sure accidents happen, but where it gets worst is the way we where treated by Steves Towing and some smuck named Mark. First he wants us to take the car down to his buddy to get fixed and promise us a rental car, we told him we'd rather take the car to the Mercedes dealer and he didn't like that idea. He then told us that he was done with us and we need to talk to his insurance company. So we called his insurance company and got the run around and they told us that Steve's policy does not cover rental cars, they said call Steves towing they should take ca
