Review content:
Managers Scott and Rich are extremely out of touch with customers. They have no customer service skills and are more concerned about dealership revenue then customer satisfaction. Do not bring your Honda to this dealership if you need a diagnosis. They will charge you over $100 to diagnose your car, and if their diagnosis is not correct they will refuse to refund you. The manager Rich even had the audacity to tell my wife, "I don't know much about Honda Fits, we only sell high end cars at this dealership." Even when confronted by the Better Business Bureau they still refused to refund me. Honda of Westport is well worth the trip.
