About 6years ago I hurt my neck while riding my bike. My bike hit a deep area in the blue dust and instead of falling, I grabbed the handlebars pulled up. I felt the pop in my neck and my hand went numb. Over the years the pain got worse to the point where it was interfering with my sleep. I would wake up in pain every night. It was getting out of control. My husband follows Dr Brokstein on Facebook and told me to go. I made an appointment and within a few weeks I was sleeping thru the night and I my had didn't fell like it was asleep all the time. I can put my earrings in my ears by myself, which hurts a lot less then having my husband do it. It's the little things.
