Review content:
I took my car into Varsity Ford to repair a recall on my fuel pump. At the time, I informed them that I was pregnant and going on a 1500 mile trip so I needed them to check everything to make sure the car was safe to drive. The recall was completed and I was sent home. During my trip, my car continuously broke down. I took it to another Ford dealer in a different state who was willing to replace the fuel pump, stating it must be defective and under warranty. When they dropped the tank, they found a red shop rag in the gas tank that caused the fuel pump to fail. Varsity Ford lied, stating they never dropped the tank (impossible to change fuel pump without it) and that they did not have red shop rags. They refused to take responsibility for the problem and the repair cost me over $1000. Beware. PROS: Fast repair CONS: Poor service and inadequate repair
