We took multiple bids, and chose Thiele because the quote was competitive, and we appreciated the effort that the Service Manager (Jason) made to explain the bid and answer all of our questions and concerns. On the day of installation, the installation crew (Duane and Dee) were prompt, courteous (to us and our dog), and had the new furnace, air conditioner, and tank water heater up and running (as well as all old equipment removed in approximately 5 ½ hours. After that, a review of the operation of the new thermostat was done, as well as a walk around of the completed work. It has been a month since the installation, and so far the new Rheem equipment is working flawlessly. It is very quiet, is keeping our home comfortable, and if the first gas bill is any indication, noticeably more efficient and economical to operate.
