They called me back on a Sunday, came out quickly and resolved my issue right away. I had several issues with an older-model garage door and opener, and love my new opener. Was very happy with how quickly they responded to my calls and questions. I also felt like I was dealt with fairly and respectfully. Solid company, great customer service.
