Review content:
I cannot recommend this dental practitioner for pediatric patients. There is no communication between dentist and parents. Generally, after a child visits the dentist, the dentist will quickly confer with the parent after the exam and alert them of any issues or specific additional procedures required. This dentist does not. Even when further treatment (fillings and other issues) are needed. He Also failed to call me back after several requests from staff. When I was told my child needed fillings (no detail given by the hygienist) I asked to speak to the dentist. She came back and informed me he was too busy but would contact me and explain what procedures were needed. Needless to say, he never did. We are, therefore, former patients. I would suggest if Dr. Putt is too busy to talk to patient's parents, he hire another dentist or increase his (very limited) hours of operation.
