Had bad experiences with service and repairs at there old Smithfield location.Treated me nice until I spent 20,000 dollars with them. Then got the cold shoulder. Had a warranty issue with ignition kill switch. Took weeks to get part when I complained they said they were doing me a favor by letting me ride a bike that had an electrical issue.Had other incidents there also. When they moved said I could have warranty work done on Kawasaki at garner location that turned out to be incorrect. Garner quoted me satire price and labor.
