THE absolute WORSE auto place you can ever go to in the state of CT!!!! they are all extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! they damaged my car and I called calmly, respectfully, and professional to talk to the owner, Paul, before I could even begin to explain what was wrong with my car he started yelling at me, talking over me, making rude comments, and hung up in my face! Really? that's the level of professionalism these people have? So, I called back and said to him to give me a chance to explain what was wrong with my car and he yelled at me again and said NO I WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU! I'm tired of all you people trying to say we damaged your vehicle when towed or didn't do the work right and told me if I call back he will have me arrested!! WOW! so not only are the rude and nasty disgusting people..they damage cars ALL THE TIME and he admitted it!! DON""T EVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!
