Review content:
I paid $65 for a car wash and when unsatisfied with the wash was told by the owner that ""my car is clean enough"" and felt ""they did a fine enough job"" I was told by Ryan that for $65 I would get their high end wash plus my leather cleaned but not treated). When wash was completed they had not completely vacuumed my car, the outside was still dirty (I could remove the dirt with my finger), the outside was air dried although their sign said it would be handed dried, and the windows had not been wiped down. When I asked to be fixed I was given attitude and said that I need to pay them more to have these items completed. When I asked for the Manager I was directed to Victor who proceeded to yell at me telling me that ""he does not care if I am not happy and need to leave because my car is clean enough."" He furthermore said that I had not paid for the things I had asked for, although the sign clearly says that their high end wash included extra vacuuming, cleaning and dressing of the windows and dash, and an exterior wash, hand dry, and tire cleaning. After being publicly yelled out in front of other customers I asked for the corporate office or owners information and was told by Victor that he was the owner and he felt ""they did a fine job"". I had to come home an finish vacuuming my car and cleaning the windows. I furthermore, had to wipe down several parts of the outside of my car because they were still dusty. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND PUBLICLY HUMILIATED!!!!!
