Never Again..........Recently celebrated my son's 2nd birthday at PNP FAMILY PLAY CENTER. It was the worst experience of all my years giving my children parties. I would not recommend this place. I booked my party more than 2wks in Advance, chose my party area after being given the option, and upgraded my package by adding a character. My party date approached. My family and friends arrived to my son's second birthday celebration and to my surprise his party was set up in an area in which I specified ""I did not want!"" The area that I chose was giving to another party who booked after I did. I complained to the owner who replied rudely by saying they are allowed to switch party areas if needed. My biggest problem was I was not notified about the change. My family was cramped up in a small room not equipped for my party size. I chose not to continue complaining so we went off with the children to play. Xbox and Wii games were part of the package but neither worked! Later our food arrived and my hostage didn't help with anything!...just handed me the trays and left. And came the end of our day our character ""ELMO"" never showed up! I was furious!!! The owner avoided me and never apologized for anything and I was not refunded none of my money! Worst $385 I've ever spent!
