Review content:
The service was very good. The employees seemed very nice and provide their service with a smile. The restaurant it self was very nice and clean looking. I did not have a chance to see the bathroom, I was just picking up my order.
The food was very much sub-par. I tasted the Red Curry, and the curry sauce was fine, but the chicken in it tasted like a low grade nugget style chicken from a bag. That was pretty consistent in the pad thai as well. the noodles in the pad thai were boiled a little too long making them soggy and sticking. As far as the taste, the mix of basil with the other ingredients created a very earthy smell to the pad thai, similar to the smell of raw intestine. To end the meal I also tried their lettuce wraps which were pretty much Costco brand frozen meat filling.
To end my review I would not recommend Simi's Cafe, until they change some of the ingredients in their food.
