Domestic Diesel came highly recommended by several sources, including Bulletproof Diesel, and now I know why. Their customer service was always a positive experience. From the service writers to the mechanics. They always took the time to explain the sources of the problems with my truck and how they were going to fix it. On one day, I was running late and didn't arrive until closing and the mechanic took me back in the shop to show me my engine and explain the repairs being performed. We were on his time. Everyone in the shop had the same positive, "I love my job", attitudes. It makes me want to apply for a job there. My truck had blown the head gaskets and required extensive work, however, the work was completed in just a few days. Everyone appeared extremely knowledgeable with the workings of my diesel truck and explained things well. I'm usually a "do it yer self" kind of guy with my vehicles, but this job was a little beyond my capabilities and lack of time. I met with John, prior to towing my truck 40 miles to his shop, and was very impressed with what he said and the atmosphere in the shop. I passed many diesel repair shops to get there and I'm very happy with his work. Thanks to Domestic Diesel for getting me back on the road. Respectfully, Tim F..
